Mary E. Madigan is a mission driven program and fund development professional with 30 years of experience. She has led development initiatives at some of the Detroit area’s most respected non-profit organizations, including Southwest Solutions where she implemented an innovative fundraising model that supported a robust community and economic development program. There she helped to secure new and renewing individual donors, generating more than $2MM to support mental health, homeless veterans, literacy, workforce development, arts, nutrition and youth programming. She led the productive effort that engaged donors in outfitting Piquette Square for Veterans apartments with household items as well as in establishing a computer lab, a library and a volunteer program to round out their supportive services program.
Mary is also a seasoned program manager and has developed notable community health programs that reached more than 50,000 clients across Detroit and Michigan. Mary has a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College and fundraising certifications from Indiana University – The Fundraising School and The Grantsmanship Center.
