Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) provides affordable housing for those who are homeless, are at risk of homelessness, and/or have a disability. PSH offers case management which involves services such as life skills training, educational programs, and assistance with access to behavioral health services and health care. The Ethos team has extensive experience working with nonprofit service providers to utilize financing sources such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal Historic Tax Credits, HOME, and Project Based Vouchers to develop this critically needed housing.
